Xinos and Kudos are the Youth Guidance Program of the sorority for high school students, who have at least a C average, good moral character, and interested in public service.

The  Xinos (girls), were organized in 1964 under the direction of Sorors Annie Cruse and Ella Brown.  The Kudos were organized in 1986 under the direction of Soror Jocelyn Mitchell.
